Evolved Disk Cleanup ( Windows 8 )

Build 6.1.7850 6.1.7850.0.winmain_win8m1.100922-1508 made its way into the wild this week and is available for download from various illegal sources, including torrent trackers.

This step is a version of Windows dating back to 8 September 2010, but he still has a few changes but not on the same scale as M2 or M3, which is currently under development.

Screenshot of Windows 8 Build 7850 M1 reveals renewed the Disk Cleanup tool, dramatic changes compared with the same tool in Windows 7 (I'm involved, and screenshots in this article).

Windows 8: Disk Cleanup seems able to detect the user's files (music, movies, pictures) and take up disk space, and offers the ability to remove temporary files and uninstall programs.

Even if the change is certainly welcome, I must emphasize that the appearance of Windows Disk Cleanup 8 is more than just a facelift of design.

Personally, I want to see the Disk Cleanup Windows 8 Boost performance. One of the main reasons I have not really been to this feature in Windows 7 are most commonly associated with its very slow speed, either in the scanning phase or when it is moved to delete files.

In addition to speed, Disk Cleanup can also make gains in efficiency. I recently used a third-party tool to clean your temporary files that Windows Internet Explorer 7 Disk Cleaner identified only 100 MB of elements.

The third-party utility that uses (CCleaner) identified and then helped me to remove more than 20 GB of files. I can not think of a reason why Disk Cleaner could not do the same. Click here for more info
